Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During launches, live sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Shipping Methods & Delivery
We offer shipping across Canada and internationally. Shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.

Local Pickup (Edmonton)
Local pickup is available for Edmonton customers. You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions once your order is ready.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees
For international orders, additional customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply. These are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays & Carrier Issues
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. While we do everything we can to ensure a smooth delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you. Photos of packaging MUST be included or our insurer will deny the claim.

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help you file a claim or resolve the issue.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
