Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

Each piece at Cave & Canyon is carefully selected for its quality, energy, and uniqueness. Due to the nature of our items, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.

We do accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items that arrive damaged or defective.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Returned with proof of purchase

  • Reported within 48 hours of delivery (for damage claims)


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding approval.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for processing, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging, but in the rare event your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping box

This allows us to properly assess and assist you.


Exchanges

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of many of our pieces, exchanges are not always possible. If an item is eligible, we will offer a replacement of equal value when available.


Sale Items

All sale items, mystery boxes, and promotional purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.


Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a store credit will be issued once the return is received and approved.

If not marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Important Notes

  • Natural variations, inclusions, and imperfections are part of the beauty of crystals and are not considered defects

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

  • Orders with incorrect shipping information provided at checkout are the responsibility of the customer
