Live Sales on Facebook
What are Facebook Live Sales?
Live Sales are a monthly event where we Live Broadcast new crystals every month. This is where our customers get first dibs on our new finds. We have a very loyal Live Sale Community from all across Canada and in the US and every single event is so much fun. There are lots of laughs and silly themes, plus we give away prizes and gifts to everyone who takes part. These are the highlight of our month!
How do your live sales work?
Simply comment to claim a piece during the live using that day's special code word- the rules are always posted beforehand and in our pinned comment in the Live Feed.
How do I pay for my items from a live sale?
After the live, we create a listing on our website for you to check out. Payment is required by noon the following day to secure your items.
When is your next Live Sale?
All of our live sales can be found under the Event section of our Facebook Page HERE.
What happens if I don’t pay my invoice?
Unpaid invoices may be cancelled, and items will be released back into inventory. If this is a recurring issue, you may be banned from future Live events.
Can I combine shipping from multiple live sales?
Yes! We’re happy to combine orders when possible—just let us know or follow the instructions provided during the live.
Do live sale items ship right away?
Orders from live sales are processed after invoices are completed. Processing times may vary slightly depending on volume and local holidays.

What can I expect at a Cave & Canyon pop-up?
A curated, boutique-style experience with hand-selected crystals, statement pieces, and special finds you may not see online.
Are your prices the same online and in person?
Most pricing remains consistent, though some event-exclusive items or promotions may be available.
Do you restock items from pop-ups online?
No. Generally, all of our online items are different from in store. Many pieces are one-of-a-kind and are only available online or in person.
