COVID FAQs

Changes due to the COVID-19 Pandemic:
For Edmonton and area, purchases over $50 have a flat shipping rate of $8 and orders over $150 receive free shipping. Orders over $300 receive free shipping in Canada and the US. We are not currently offering local pick up.

All Markets & in person Pop-Up events are postponed until late 2021. In lieu of this, we will be offering live sales via our private facebook group Cave & Canyon Local Love.

Every Wednesday, we hold a flash sale via our Instagram shop page: Shop Cave & Canyon. We feature unique pieces and specially curated sets during these events, and often offer flash sales on special items. Feel free to join us between 3pm MST & 7pm MST.

What days does Cave & Canyon ship packages?

We ship Mondays and Thursdays. Orders placed before noon on Sunday will ship Mondays, orders place by Noon Wednesday will ship Thursday.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

DURING Covid - we have had some packages take up to 6 weeks to arrive (rarely, but happens). For peace of mind, please use tracked express post shipping for insurance and tracking.
Under regular conditions, from date of shipment, packages within Canada take approximately 2 - 6 business days.
US shipments take approximately 8 - 10 business days*
International shipments take approximately 10 - 15 business days*

These are estimates, * denotes shipments may be inspected by customs, which would add 1 - 2 weeks shipping times.

Cave & Canyon is not responsible for any customs or duty charges incurred on shipments. These are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

What if my package goes missing or arrives damaged?

Cave & Canyon will not be held responsible for missing orders if tracking and insurance was not purchased during checkout. If you have had packages go missing during transit in the past, your item is urgent, or for peace of mind, please consider choosing the Tracked Shipping option. Tracked packages are insured for $100, if your order is over this, please consider purchasing additional insurance. You can do this by leaving a note with your order. Once tracking for the package shows "delivered" Cave & Canyon is in no way responsible for theft that may occur while the package is left unsupervised. To combat this, please consider mailing to a place of business or post office box.

Cave & Canyon is not responsible for damages to product which occur in transit. If you wish to be covered for damages, please ensure you choose the tracked shipping option and notify us that you would like to insure your package if it is more than $100. This will incur an additional fee.
